You will step into a role close to operations in an industrial environment where clear and useful technical information makes a concrete difference in daily work. The focus is on creating operator instructions and transforming practical knowledge from the operations into structured material that is easy to understand and use.

The work takes place close to several different competencies, which means you need to be able to ask the right questions, capture details, and translate them into high-quality documents. You will follow the entire chain from information gathering to finished and approved material. This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to work at the intersection of technology, language, and structure and see the results of your work used in practice.

• You create operator instructions in relevant templates and systems, currently primarily in PowerPoint.
• You gather background material through interviews, photography, and handling of images and texts.
• You drive the work iteratively from initial information gathering to the finished document.
• You structure and adapt technical information so that it becomes clear and useful for different target groups.
• You collaborate with various stakeholders to have the content reviewed, quality assured, and approved.
• You contribute to improving readability, information flow, and understanding in technical material.

• Experience working as a technical writer/information specialist within the industry.
• Knowledge of the Machinery Directive and machine safety.
• Good knowledge of Office programs.
• Interest in creating, writing, and presenting information for different target groups.
• Ability to analyze, develop, and structure technical information for better readability and understanding.
• Sense for language style and information flow.
• You work in a structured, systematic, and meticulous manner.
• You communicate well and build good relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• You have clear personal drive and work independently.
